Multidimensional, heavy steel structures with powder coating
Powder coating of heavy, large-sized steel structures at the Powder Coating Shop in Metalmix is done by attaching them to hooks on crane traverses. These are special devices for lifting and moving heavy loads.
The video shows how we powder coat a steel roofing structure over 2 m high and 3 m long with RAL 7021 color using the modern suspended transport system in Metalmix. It is also worth noting that as one of the few paint shops in Poland, we also have a powder polymerization oven that is long enough to allow even heating of the elements.
