In a nutshell, it looks like this:

• chemical polishing
• removing any damage and scratches
• applying primer, and powder coating.

We show the stages of rims renovation, from the order acceptance to powder coating RAL 9005 - smooth matte, deep, intense black with a velvet finish, along with powder coating with a clear varnish to give them shine! What a difference!

Below, you can see the powder coating process applied to the rims after chemical polishing and removing any damage or scratches.

Additionally, with Metalmix, we restore both aluminum and steel rims to their "second youth."
