Powder-coated railings for residential construction - RAL 7016
Specially for our clients, we present a short film about powder coating heavy and multi-dimensional railings for a residential construction client – RAL 7016, anthracite grey with a fine structure. And all this thanks to the modern overhead transport in Metalmix!
Multidimensional, heavy steel structures with powder coating
Powder coating of heavy, large-sized steel structures at the Powder Coating Shop in Metalmix is done by attaching them to hooks on crane traverses. These are special devices for lifting and moving heavy loads. The video shows how we powder coat a steel roofing structure over 2 m high and 3 m long using the modern suspended transport system from Metalmix.
Waterjet - cutting elements from an aluminum plate 14 cm thick
The video shows how the Waterjet technology can be used to precisely cut shapes with smooth edges in an aluminum plate. Its incredible advantage is also the repeatability, which in turn facilitates the production of many details with the same dimensions, which is perfectly captured on the recording and shown in the photo!
