At Metalmix, quality is what matters, not size! Today, we present a photo report of the anti-corrosion protection of a series of balustrades with a length of 6.5 m and a width of approximately 1.2 m using powder coating technology for a client in the construction industry.

Metalmix has been providing a range of services for industry and construction for years. This time, we powder-coated balcony railings, made of hot-dip galvanized steel, in RAL 8004, known as Copper Brown.

Currently, black steel is a popular material used in design for the production of balustrades, as well as fences and gates. It is also very popular among customers throughout Europe. Its characteristic and deep color is due to the combination of carbon and iron alloys. Thanks to this additive, the material is very hard and at the same time flexible during processing, and it also combines perfectly with materials such as wood, brick, natural stone, and even concrete!
Terrace roof - powder painting anthracite grey RAL 7016
To continue about Powder Painting Shop Metalmix, this time we present our realization of painting of terrace roof construction. On our customer's request we used the colour 𝐧𝐫 𝟕𝟎𝟏𝟔 - anthracite grey - smooth matt from a wide pallet 𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐂.
Elements made from cast iron for railway industry powder painted on "Signal Blue"
We invite you to visite our photo galerie of elements made from cast iron powder painted an intense blue colour at Metalmix with semi gloss finishing - RAL 5005 called "Signal Blue". Painted parts will be used by a customer from railway industry.
Water jet cutting
The film shows how, without the help of human hands, Dynamic Waterjet cutting head cuts several dozen of round holes in 16 mm thickness steel. It is worth to add that at Metalmix we can easily cut steel of different thickness up to 80 mm.
Filter pipes - cutting with 3D laser and welding of mounting flanges
The photos show the products made accordingly to customer requirements -filter pipes dedicated for water purification ordered for construction of drinking water installation. It is worth paying special attention to the perforation holes of 1.5 mm diameter that have been densely burned along the entire length of the pipes.
Steel spiral stairs powder coated in RAL 9005
Spiral stairs using RAL 9005 color, also known in the market as "Black Raven" or "Jet Black". The black, smooth mat gives them an extremely elegant and luxurious look. This color is used to create strong and memorable visualizations, which is why it is often used in the arrangement of so-called lofts.
