Hook and hangers in the powder coating process on painting lines

In our "Expert's Eye" series, today we will discuss the importance of hooks and hangers in the powder coating process on paint lines.

According to experts, "These small but powerful elements play a fundamental role in production lines, ensuring even coating of elements, without defects and imperfections," as stated in the latest issue of "Industrial Coating".

Here are the most important advantages of their use:

• They enable stable suspension of elements during the coating process. This ensures complete powder coating coverage from every angle, resulting in a uniform finish with no touch marks. One of the biggest advantages of hooks is that they can be adjusted to fit various shapes, sizes, and weights.

• They reduce the amount of pollution in the painting process. Some hooks are coated to prevent excessive accumulation of dust or paint, which makes them easier to clean and maintain, reducing the overall cost of the painting process.

• High-quality hooks are made from materials resistant to high temperatures, for example in coating curing ovens. This allows them to be used repeatedly in many production cycles without deformation or loss of functionality. At the same time, they help maintain the highest quality standards, particularly durability and efficiency in demanding industrial conditions.

At the Metalmix Powder Coating Plant, we work daily with products from companies such as Emptmeyer, which is known worldwide for its research on the durability and certification of hooks and hangers.
