Steel lighting poles – efficient and fast painting of large elements
In the film, the main characters are lighting poles about 8 meters high, powder-coated in Metalmix black, with a fine RAL 9005 structure, known as "Black Raven" or "Jet black". Fencing made from laser-cut elements using 3D technology
The fence design at Metalmix was created by one of our engineers. In the process of its creation, a range of services were performed: from laser cutting and laser welding to hot-dip galvanizing, ending with powder coating in RAL 7021 color - a deep shade of gray with distinct black tones, known as "Black Gray".
Perfect water-cutting of modern aluminum mosaic

Metal swallow - 2D laser cutting
The swallow (Delichon urbicum) presented was made in Metalmix at the Material Processing Center using 2D laser cutting technology from a 4 mm thick sheet. This advanced method worked perfectly here due to the precise cutting of an element with a complex shape and very exact dimensions.
