Modern suspended transport system in a powder coating shop

See how the modern suspended transportation system in our powder coating shop allows us to paint very large parts, such as a trailer for a truck (shown below, it is 2200 mm high and 4660 mm long).

The entire process is done by securing it to the hooks of the crane traverses. These are special devices for lifting and moving heavy loads, such as machines, containers, or construction elements.

And a few words about color. We used the best applicators on the market from GEMA to paint the trailer using only high-quality paints from reputable manufacturers, and we used a yellow color from the rich RAL nr 1007 palette (fine structure).
