Steel arm for mobile robots for a German manufacturer

In the photo report, we present a steel arm for forklifts - mobile robots, which was made from scratch in Metalmix for a German manufacturer. It will be a part of the equipment only in vehicles controlled automatically.

In German industry, this is a new way to reduce costs and increase the efficiency of logistics processes. These works are particularly useful in demanding environments, such as factories, warehouses, and sorting centers.

The steel elements ordered by the client were manufactured from scratch at Metalmix, and then powder-coated in a color from the RAL 7016 palette – gray.

The final stage of work at Metalmix, which is worth emphasizing, was applying the so-called anti-slip coating, which results in a durable, even and rough finish. It is very important because it affects the stability of the transported goods on forklifts - mobile robots.
